Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of nine voting members and two ex-officio members for a total of eleven Board members The voting members are the three academic Principal Investigators, three industry representatives, and three Deans of Engineering (one from each academic institution) or their designated representatives appointed to the Board. The two non-voting, ex-officio members are the Green Auto Power Train Program Manager and a government representative as nominated by the Ontario government.
A document establishing the bylaws has been adopted and the Board meets three times a year.
